Refund & Return Conditions
We have a 30-day return policy for all our accessory items which are faulty. After that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange for your item.
Once your item has been received, we will notify you whether your item has been approved or declined. If approved, we will issue you with a credit which will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If preferred, we can send a replacement item instead.
We only exchange items that are damaged or defective.
Only normal prices items can be exchanged or refunded, this does not apply to sale items.
Serene Life NZ Ltd will send replacement items at no charge. You can mail or courier your item to 18 Noel Burnside Road, Wiri, 2025.
Like all products in New Zealand, our goods are covered by consumer law.
Any physical flaw in the Products that makes the product unsafe or any manufacturing defects, you can ask for the good or service to be fixed under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If a product fault is minor and can be fixed, We can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money.
