Refund & Return Conditions
We have a 30-day return policy for all our accessory items which are faulty. After that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange for your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and unused. We are unable to accept any items which have been damaged in any way. We require a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
If your item was not received in perfect condition and were damaged via the courier, please return within 14 working days. Serene Life NZ Ltd will be happy to replace the damaged good provided they remain unused and in their original package.

Once your item has been received, we will notify you whether your item has been approved or declined. If approved, we will issue you with a credit which will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If preferred, we can send a replacement item instead.
