Is the Serenelife bedding machine washed?
Yes,Serenelife’s Bamboo,Tencel Sheets,wondersheet and silk pillowcases are Machine wash in cold water with mild liquid biodegradable detergent without added bleach or whiteners. Dry on low setting. Remove before completely dry to fold & iron.
We highly recommend your silk Duvets to dry clean for durability.
You can put your silk Duvet in the sun to refresh for 1-2 hours.
What is thread count and is it important?
We do not believe in thread count as this is a misleading concept. There are so many companies that claim 1000 Thread count but with poor quality fabric and because you cannot figure out exact thread count unless you take your product for a lab test.
Thread count does not define a sheet’s quality.Thread count is the number of warp and weft threads found in one square inch of fabric.High-quality bedding, if properly cared for, can last for many years.Many think that luxury or high-quality sheets are delicate; this is not the case.

Back sleepers: choose a medium-firm pillow
Side sleepers: choose a medium to firm pillow
Front sleepers: choose a soft to medium pillow

Momme is used as a unit of weight measurements for real silk. Higher the Momme,it will be dense and heavier fabric. That means 35% more silk than 22 Momme.

What are the sizes of your Bedding?
Being mattress Manufacturers in New Zealand we do know that every Mattress is different and Specially Luxury Beds are very high and thick. The sizes of our Fitted sheets are generous that even Super King fitted sheets can easily fit on Californian sizes mattresses.
